MA Memorial Scholarship Fund

Mackinaw Administrators, LLC is pleased to announce the formation of the MA Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund was established to honor the memory of Mackinaw Administrators employees who have passed away:

Roxanne Weaver
Jeanne Cooper
Tanya Payne
Sandy Beaver

Our mission is to promote and provide assistance for post high school education and training.


Post High School Students meeting the following criteria are eligible for the scholarship:

  1. Has not previously received an award from the MA Memorial Scholarship Fund.
  2. Has been accepted to an accredited university, community college, technical or vocational school


Application materials must be received by April 1 (fall term) or September 1 (winter term) in order to be considered. the following should be submitted:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. A typed essay (no more than two pages double-spaced) addressing one of the following topics:
    • What is the field that you are planning on studying and why?
    • What makes you a good candidate for this award?
    • What do you see as your biggest challenge in the future and why?
    • Choose an experience from your life and describe how it has affected your development.
  3. Letter of acceptance to an accredited university, community college, technical or vocational school.
  4. Items 1-3 should be submitted via email to:


Two scholarships will be awarded each term as follows:

1st Place: $750.00
2nd Place: $500.00

Winners will be notified by May 1 (fall term) and October 1 (winter term). Payment is made in one installment and checks are mailed directly to the institution.
